BSMPL meets the nation’s requirement for High Chrome, Hyper Grinding Media Balls and liners at its advanced manufacturing centre that compare the best facilities in the world. The plant is located in Adityapur, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand of over 45 years of experience in foundry systems.
Manufacturing highlights
BSMPL has attempted to equipping itself with the best in world technology. The organization relies on automatic manufacturing of Moulds with the unique High Pressure Moulding Line. The path breaking technology used enables the organization to meet growing market demands in India and abroad with both speed and precision. Apart from this the manufacturing system is equipped with :
- 03 Nos. (2.5 MT Each) of Induction Melting furnaces.
- Automated sand plant and fully equipped sand lab.
- 1.5 MT VISI Pour with Joystick control
- High Pressure Moulding Line with the capacity of 250 Moulds per Hours.
- Automatic water dosing in cooling drum and sand multi controller for best sand mix control.
- Fettling facilities with advanced technology of Ball Breaker Drum.

Induction Furnace
Medium frequency dual track induction furnaces of 2.5 MT capacity of each which assure our never ending production.
High Pressure Moulding Line
Our mould handling system is well equipped with DISA MATIC C3 High Pressure Moulding Line. It has capacity of 250 moulds per hour. It is also equipped with Automatic Mould Conveyor and SBC.
Visi Pour
Our Automated Pouring Equipment and Technology truly allows us to keep pace with our HPML machines for accuracy.
Heat Treatment
Fully automatic continuous pusher type heat treatment plant with temperature graph attachment for High Chrome & Hyper Steel Grinding Media Balls and Liners with oil and air quenching arrangement & fully automatic 02 nos. tempering furnace with water quenching arrangement for manganese steel castings.
Sand Plant
Fully SCADA based automated Sand preparation plant, designed by DISA. Our Sand Preparation Plant has capacity to prepare 1.5 MT sand in 120 Seconds.
