As Managing Director of Blue Star Malleable Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Vikram Vishal brings a strong technical foundation and a results-driven leadership approach. A Mechanical Engineer by qualification, he holds a B.Tech in the discipline. With his deep understanding of engineering processes and practical industry insight, he contributes a sharp strategic vision to the organisation. His leadership strengthens operations, enhances efficiency, and guides the company toward continuous growth and long-term excellence.

A central figure in the leadership team, Mr. Dushyant Pratap, Joint Managing Director of Blue Star Malleable Pvt. Ltd., drives key initiatives that advance the organization. He holds a B.Tech in Manufacturing Engineering from NIAMT, a Joint PG Diploma in Manufacturing from IIT Delhi, and a PGDEx – VLFM (Visionary Leadership for Manufacturing) from IIM Mumbai. With a strong foundation in technical expertise and a forward-thinking leadership approach, he continues to enhance the company’s capabilities, inspire innovation, and steer the organization toward long-term success.

Mr. Santosh Mishra brings over 25 years of unparalleled experience in operations management, making him a cornerstone of Blue Star Malleable Private Limited’s operational success. With a proven track record in streamlining processes, enhancing plant efficiency, and strengthening on-ground execution, he ensures that every operational function runs with precision and consistency. As a Director-Operations, his strategic approach, hands on expertise, and commitment to continuous improvement drive the company toward higher productivity and seamless operational performance.

Mr. Chandi C. Bhol, Chief Financial Officer of Blue Star Malleable Pvt. Ltd., leads the company’s financial strategy with precision and foresight.
