Spectrometer
The SPECTROMAXx stationary metal analyzer is used mainly for material testing in foundries and for incoming and outgoing inspections in the metal industry around the world. It determines all of the elements used in the metal industry, including metal analysis of carbon, phosphorous, sulfur and nitrogen.

We are using Metallurgical Microscope for analysis of phase , grain boundary and distribution of carbide.

Sand Lab
Fully SCADA based automated Sand preparation plant, designed by DISA. Our Sand Preparation Plant has capacity to prepare 1.5 MT sand in 120 Seconds.
Our sand plant is also equipped with automated moisture control machine.
